How Could I change Recurring Contract Voucher Release Status "Staged" to "Open"?

Hello community, after I created the Recurring Contract Voucher and ran the Voucher Build process all the "Open" voucher from my contract changed from "Open" to "Staged", but I want to get it back to the "Open" release status.

The environment is peoplesoft 8.8
