Upgrade from 11.2 to 12.1 - windows services not upgraded

Upgrading 11.2.0.4.0 SE-1 to 12.1.0.2.0 SE-2 on Windows 2012.

Upgrade of databases a few weeks ago went fine, but now I'm going back and looking at uninstalling the 11.2 ORACLE_HOME.

I see there is a service named 'OracleOraDb11g_home1ClrAgent'.  "Properties" shows it is run from the 11.2 home.  It is not running and is set to 'manual'.  A search of MOS for that service name has a few hits dealing with RAC, but this isn't a RAC database.  Also found a discussion (here) that indicated it was safe to simply drop the service.

All other services were upgraded, as indicated by the properties.
