Oracle Configurator API

Hi everyone, Pl advise if there is existing Configurator PL SQL API's for the following scenarios:

-- API name to add an item to already configured configurator model in a quote. input as

Quote#, Top Model item and item to be added in the top model. API should be able to add the item in already configured model, and display the same in the quote

--API name to add a new configuration to the quote. input Quote#, Top Model Item# and Child items, API to add the model in the quote
