BI Publisher Report Using P6 Data - is there a way to get unassigned Codes to show as "Unassigned"

Hi - I am working on a report that is more of a QA report (to make sure that Resource Codes are assigned), so I need a way to get the an Unassigned Resource Code to show up as "Unassigned" so it can be corrected.  However, I'm not sure how to go about this -- it is only showing if there is a value selected, but I can't get it to show up if it is null.  Is there a way to display codes that haven't been assigned?  Thanks!!
