LOB/FILE as "Top Call Type" in AWR or ASH Report

In both the ASH report for a single SQL_ID and the AWR report for the same time period, I'm seeing this section:

None of the tables in the query have any type of LOB column, so trying to find out the source of that LOB/File activity. DBA_HIST_ACTIVE_SESS_HISTORY has no type of LOB wait event, not sure how to find out what kind of LOB read/writes it's doing.
