FND_PROFILE.VALUE('PER_SECURITY_PROFILE_ID')
This is on Oracle EBS r12.1.3
I have performed following steps to assign security profile to a given responsibility. However, when I launch that responsibility in EBS, the security profile is not being recognized. I can verify that by putting a debug statement in the form. The profile ID value by above subjected profile always returns 0.
What am I missing?

Following are the basic steps to be performed in order to enable MOAC feature:
- Define Security Profiles (using form function ‘Define Global Security Profile’)
- Enter a unique name for the security profile.
- To restrict access by discrete list of organizations, select ‘Secure organizations by organization hierarchy and/or organization list for the Security Type’.
