Quick Hire Position ID Invalid Error

Is there a list of Quick Hire error message and what they mean that's available out there?  also, the position ID is valid in F08101, why does the process output from P060110P indicate that the record's position ID is invalid?  Does it have to do with the G/L period?  I am in the appropriate fiscal year (in this example, FY 17 where it's October to September)
