R12 Supplier Sites DFF

Hi,

While trying to create DFF in GLobal Data Elements of Supplier Sites, I'm unable to choose any Attributes. There are attributes used at the other Contexts in Supplier Sites. Is there a way to fix this. If an attribute is used in another Context, will the same cannot be used in the Gloabal Data Element.
