We are currently in a journey to upgrade our Oracle Property Manager module to comply with new IFRS16 regulation.
In our kick off meeting, our business client has requested that we get clarity from Oracle on the below key question.
- Which module/solution can we use to comply with IFRS16 for non-property leases e.g. equipment and machines?
- Isn’t there supposed to be a standard integration between Fixed Assets module and Property Manager module to handle leases on the asset register.
- Is there an alternative to entering operating leases in fixed assets without using the core forms?
