Advisee Student Center Error -First operand of . is NULL,

When logged in as an Advisor and trying to click the Advisee Student Center I get the following error:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member Value. (180,236) SSS_STUDENT_CENTER.GBL.PostBuild  PCPC:49180  Statement:699

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.

I can add the users ID to my profile and it will work. But I added another advisor's ID to my profile that was not working and that one does not work.
