Not receiving 'supporting document attached in Journal Entry' in mail or notification
Approval process is set for Journal Entry.
Ledger Options: Journal Approval Enable
Journal authorization limits Set
System Administrator Profile Option
Allow Preparer Approval: No
Find Approver Method: Direct
Journal Sources -> Source: Manual -> Require Journal Approval Enable
Mail enabled.
We attached a supporting document while manual Journal Entry and sent it for approval. However, approver didn't received the document in mail as well as notification. Please advise.
