Where does the tare weight of a container for each shippable item get entered so that it will calcul

We ship catch weight product, but the tare weight of the packaging does not change.   I am looking for someplace to enter each item's packaging tare weight so that it will be used in the calculation automatically in the shipping screen.    Trying to eliminate the manual entry of tare weight at the shipping dock.
