WARNING: too many parse errors, count=200 SQL hash

Hi,

In a 12c database I see the following warning: WARNING: too many parse errors, count=100 SQL hash=0x403998A1

I know what is causing this but I'm curious about the meaning of count=100. I've been browsing Metalink/Google but haven't found no explanation. According to

https://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2017/10/06/12c-parse/  the count means: The warning will be repeated every hundred occurrences. Is that the correct meaning of the count?

regards,

Ivan
