9.1/9.2 Amazon Punchout Dispatch

Wanted to see if anyone currently using Amazon Punchout has experienced the issues we were having during our UAT in Psoft 9.1/9.2.
For our other vendor Punchouts, the vendors will reject bad orders with an XML response and display the error in the XML via Integration Broker. The PO on our side will not dispatch until the issue is resolved and re-dispatched.
For Amazon punchout, they never send a rejection via XML. They accept all orders - even problem orders. So in Peoplesoft the PO will show as dispatched even if Amazon never accepted the order. In some scenarios they send an email to the requester (like a duplicate PO email) but nothing from a system standpoint is ever sent.
