Planning BOM forecast explosion

is there a way ASCP does pegging for a component of a planning BOM. We are uploading forecast at top level(set up a planning BOM) and exploding forecasts to it's components.

When there is recommended planned order on component, the pegging information does not show all the way up to top level.

Eg :  A -->B--C 

A = Finished Goods(planning BOM) , B & C are purchased parts(Forecast control = Consume and Derive).

Let's say Forecast on A = 10 , B & C are getting 10(qty per 1, Planning percentage = 100) and there is planned order for 10 on B & C.

The issue here is , pegging information for B is not pegging to all the way to A. it only pegs to forecast set.
