Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cafe One Personalization setting is missing - how can it be restored

Hi there,

Any ideas how i can restore my settings on the personalization for Cafe One? It went missing and I am mystified as to how it happened.

This is what i had before. Is it because i am not an administrator? .
