Child base unit item (ib trackable and serializable) is not creating Install base instance whereas p

Hi Team,

  We are seeing few scenarios where in Equipment Sales Order of the BOM configuration item, the child base unit item (ib trackable and serializable) is not creating Install base instance whereas parent C* is creating Install base instance. This is not happening all the times and we are not seeing any trend.

We did check in this table but not luck - select * from apps.csi_txn_errors where SOURCE_HEADER_REF_ID = : Order_header_id;

Please advise if you have come across such a situation.
