Dominican Republic Localization User Guide and Technical Guide in English for Report 607 and 608

Hi,

We have to create custom reports as per the latest notification of The Dominican Republic Government.

Oracle has not came with the patch for the Localization yet and the new reporting requirement is effective from 01-May-2018.

Could anyone help with the English verison of the Dominican Republic Localization User Guide and Technical Reference Guide for Report 607 and 608.
