Oracle form not open up for particular user
We are using EBS version 12.2.4
This particular user is using Internet explorer 11 and Windows10
The user used to be able to open forms with no issue. Then all of sudden, she is not able to.
For production instance, she is able to open the form; however, she has to click on the form for 9 times before it will open up.
For non-production instance, when she click on the form, it just not responding.
We researched online and tried to disable to XSS filter setting from Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom Setting and also add the domain to the Tools ->Compatibility View Setting, but that does not work. We also tried to upgrade her java version. It worked for one day and then the next day it went back to the previous behavior. Tried clear java cache, internet explorer cache and reboot the machine with no luck.
