Siebel Open UI 16: Gantt chart - calendar applet overlapping the employee information columns.

We are using Gantt chart dispatch board applet (clone of FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet) for scheduling appointments in Siebel open ui. We have exposed 'Name, Job title and Appointment Duration' fields from Employee BC  to the applet user properties (Pane 0 Fields *).

Even though it is just one applet, it displays as if there are two different applets, one for the list of columns (fields exposed in the applet user properties) and the other part is the actual calendar.

Problem is when we navigate to this dispatch calendar view, application always displays only the first column ('Name') in the applet, the other two columns which we exposed were hidden below the calendar applet (second part of the applet). To show them on the UI (job title, appointment duration) users have to have drag away the overlapped calendar applet - like we expand the rows in the excel sheet (drag away-hold the border of the applet and drag to right).
