ORAchk 18.2.0 BETA does not work on Windows.
Please how to work ORAchk on Windows.

- Windows2012R2 , Oracle12.2.0.1.0 (Single Instance) , ORAchk 18.2.0 BETA
- Other Product
python-3.6.5-amd64.exe , pywin32-223.win-amd64-py3.6.exe , winpexpect-1.5.tar.gz , WMI-1.4.9.zip

I just only run orachk command and following error was occuerd.
