compileCaboJsps.pl found long running during applying patches through ADPATCH utility on R12 12.1.3

HI,

Its found that during applying adpatches one perticual worker is running compileCaboJsps.pl for almost two hours.At database end no locks found.Is there any known solution to reduce execution time for compileCaboJsps.pl.
