Siebel Enterprise server IP2015 fails on Linux 6.7

Hi,

I have installed Siebel gateway server(IP2015) on linux machine now i am trying to install Siebel server on the same machine and i am getting below error.

java.lang.NullPointerException

        at com.oracle.siebel.apiinstaller.InstallerUtility.recurseDeleteScratchPath(InstallerUtility.java:717)

        at com.oracle.siebel.apiinstaller.GUIAPIInstaller$2.run(GUIAPIInstaller.java:919)

        at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748)

Press Any Key..................

Executing Command: /bin/csh -c chmod -R 755 null

Could you pleas help
