Siebel Inbound Webservice with External IO

Dear Experts,

As per my requirement ,i have to perform the the set of updates and inserts on Invoice and Invoice Items through Siebel Inbound web service.

Part of this ,i have created the External IO ,Could you please help me with the best way to insert and update the data in siebel  by using any vanila business services with the help of External IO .
