Installation issue with Oracle Database Client 12c PRVF-3919 error

hope you're doing well

sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, i was installing JDE E1 9.2 deployment server, and from the begining , everything looks way good... UNTIL the Oracle client 12c installation fails.

i don`t know what is the core of this issue, but, when i was searching about the error (PRVF-3919 error) i was noticed that there is a bug detected on Windows 10 Platform.

In this case, I'm working on Windows Server 2012 R2, and the error message is the same, it says something like: "PRVF-3919 : Failed to retrieve value of environment variable "PATH".
