Work Center Suggestions

A user had something odd happen when running R4277701.  It seems to have cancelled a line on the sales order. The pdf generated said to check the work center.  Even though this output is still in the user's submitted jobs, I can't find the work center message in his work center.  I see plenty of other output from 5/8, but no message from this UBE for the sales order in question.

I put 5/8 in the tickler date because that is when the UBE ran.

Is it possible to read work center messages via submitted jobs?  Is there some other easier way to access work center message when you have the date and time of the problem?
