Peoplesoft Campus Communication: Outcome Reason = Email Send Error

Hi Everyone!

Good day!  I would like to ask or can you provide me a previous reference why I am getting an "Outcome Reason:  Email Send error" under Communication Management page when I executed my Communication generation process?
