Role Menu not displaying in ARM

Hi everyone,

in ARM (Account Reconciliation Manager) I switch roles between Administrator and Workflow User.  I recently switched to Workflow User, and the Role Menu with the dropdown options to switch has disappeared.  I tried different zooming options but to no success.

Has anyone lost the Role Menu in the upper left hand corner above the Quick Links menu?
