Taskflow Links fail to load

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Inside the workbook, there are multiple tasks in the navigation pane for each worksheet. But more than once, user found some of the links not working. When the user tries to go to the next step using the arrow keys on top, it asks to create a new workbook. If we create the workbook again, the problem disappears.

Has anyone faced this kind of issue? The RPAS version is 13.4.3.25.
