Has any one experienced performance issues - in relation to UDOs ? (watchlists /Queries/)

we are experiencing issues with performance the only change we have noticed is ,

a) we increased our  user base to 140 (it was at 100).

b) we have super users creating UDOs. (extensive use).

     These are composite E1pages , All buttons are watch lists, (30 buttons)

     and watch list pane,

     some E1 pages are * Public and the worst has over 120 watch lists (based off the F4801).
