Windows Error During Agent 12.1.0.4 deinstall using script AgentDeinstall.pl

I have followed the documentation and Notes to remove this 12.1.0.4 Agent from Windows host.

However, when I try, I receive error:

Windows Server 2012 R2 is Windows version 6.3 (build 9600).

This host is a VM inside a OVCA (PCA).
