Can you create budgets for Multiple Years simultaneously using the Budget Wizard?

Our client currently has defined multiple budget years within the system i.e. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.  When they are trying to use the Budget Wizard it only allows them to upload one year at a time.  Is it possibly to create multiple years budgets simultaneously  using Budget Wizard?
