MANAGEMENT KERNEL is going to zombie after starting Enterprise services on HP Unix

Hi,

We are working on new JDE 9.2  implementation.

JDE 9.2

TR:9.2.2.4

Enterprise Server : Hp Unix Itanium (11.31)

1.Completed till the Workbench. Completed the porttest and it is successfull. But everytime I start the enterprise server services the Management Kernel is going to zombie. Also the runtime metrics is not visible on the Server Manager.

Gone through this document "E1 : KER : Kernels Becomes Zombie During Starting of Services after Upgrading Tools Release to 9.2.1.0 (Doc ID 2208396.1)"

and updated the jdk and jre but still no use.

does anyone has any idea?
