2 node RAC Standby setup for Standalone Database (Single Instance)

Hi,

Please confirm if its possible to setup the 2 node RAC STANDBY environment for Standalone primary database (Single Instance). (DB version 12.2 )

Also, these 2 node RAC standby database need to open in APPLY READ ONLY mode for reporting perspective.

Any document or link would be very much appreciated.
