Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

We have configured multiple EBC in our siebel application which is fetching data from different external Datasrc.

For all the EBC user authentication we have configured LDAP & OID entry for them in LDAP profile.

we have followed the below documents

We have kept DSUsername/password as blank.

now from the SSO/LDAP URL we can access the EBC without any issue.However when we are using DB authenticated URL we are not able access the screen.

Our Wfprocmgr also need to get data from EBC & its failing here ,

Please let us know the way forward how to achie
