Automatic Apply Promotional Modifier to another Promotional Item

Hi,

We have a requirement where, if we have three items A, B & C, as part of promotion, when you buy A, customer would get 50%off on B. As B is there, C should be free.

So, B is promotional Get item of A

     C is promotional get Item of B.

Currently If I place an order for A, only B gets populated on the Order line once saved (as Pricing call gets triggered).

How can we make sure a new line gets created for C too as B is there on the order.

Appreciate if you can provide detail steps to resolve the issue.
