JMS Receiver - Timeout

Hi,

We are experiencing timeouts with JMS receiver on a synchronous call.

a) Siebel receives a payload

b) Siebel executes the workflow and responds with the response ..no issues there. Don't see any errors in the SiebelJMS logs nor OM logs.

c) JMS is not receiving the response within the time (60 secs).

Questions:

a) Which logs should I be looking at, apart from JMS and OM logs.

b) What should I look at in JVM log wrt timeouts?

c) What does JMS Profile Config "ReceiveTimeout" parameter do?

d) What else should I be looking at when there are timeouts.
