Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are facing the bug:
Bug 20159148 : TRANSFER ENCODING CHUNKED NOT WORKING WITH OHS AND EAI - SBL-EAI-00247

And it mention that was fixed on 16.0CIR2.

Which Siebel version is that? just ip16? Or ip16 plus some patch?
