Send Message Extended in JDE

Hi ,

I am using this send Message extended business function to send notification to the employee , but i have the following concerns :

when i setup the Messaging Indicator column in the addressBook/ Email/Internet Revisions as 0 user will receive a notification and if it's 1 also user will receive a notification to his email ,

my question is  how i can prevent user of receiving notification with keeping his email recorded in the system ?
