Problem with the user: BISystemUser, could not be authenticated

Hi:
I have installed the version of BI Publiser 11.1.1.9 to obtain the reports of the Oracle Identity Manager 11gr2 component but when programming a scheduled task in BI to send the reports automatically via email I get an error message and no report is received.
With which SLQL command can I validate if the BISystemUser user is locked in the database?

ERROR when executing the scheduled task for sending the report via email:
WLJMSServiceSecure.getInitialContext is secure: BISystemUser
ConfigCheckServlet.init failed to start Scheduler. ::
null ::
javax.naming.AuthenticationException [Root exception is java.lang.SecurityException: User: BISystemUser, failed to be authenticated.]

Howdy, Stranger!
