Ip17 Gateway Configuration error

Hi,

i am getting error while configuring Gateway in Ip17 at step "1. Set Up Gateway - Identify Host". we have multi server environment, all the required ports(2320.2321) are open on gateway and AI servers. used 2320 as TLS port while gateway installation.

error:

Invalid Gateway Host Name and/or HTTPS Port.

appreciate any help.
