E1local download issue for 9.2 Deployment server for 2016 OS

Hi,

We are setting up JDE 9.2.2.4.

On certifications for Deployment Server 2016 the E1Local version supported is  "12.2.0.1.0". But along with 9.2 Deployment server CD's we will get 12.1.0.2.0.

So how to get the E1Local 12.2.0.1.0? Do we need to download Oracle database 12 c and manually configure it as E1Local?
