EBS Database Performance and Statistics Analyzer Report conflicts with note 396009.1

Good Day

EBS Database Performance and Statistics Analyzer Report conflicts with note 396009.1

as the analyzer is saying

nls_territory must be AMERICAN but note 396009.1 says it must be AMERICA

nls_comp must be NONE but note 396009.1 says it must be BINARY

.

We would like to use the EBS Database Performance and Statistics Analyzer report to show our management that all is in order

.
