Error in Starting Xstore

Hi, one of the registers where we are trying to Install Xstore, we are getting the below error.

This issue started coming all of a sudden on this one store. Specifics for the Xstore version and other details are given below:

Xstore Version: 7.1.4.17

Database installed: Oracle 12c

Java version: 1.7 Update 80 (64-bit).

We have the same set up for more than 500 stores, only this one store in PROD is giving this error.

We have tried re-installing the xstore several times, we have installed the Base Version of Xstore as well many times. We get the same error. The 'Root Cause' as in the pic says null.
