How can I print a work order with attached routing without the planned times printing?

We are struggling with our workforce (which I know is not an E1 problem) not letting the routing sequence times dictate their performance.  We would like to print the work orders (which have attached BoM and Routings) in a way that the routing planned hours do not print out on the work order.  How can we do this?
