Upgrade sftp version?

Hi All,

Due to a vendor migration we'd like to upgrade the OpenSSH and SFTP packages on our linux servers that support EBS.  Are there any issues with doing this or processes we should know about?  We'll be upgrading the Database and Middle Tier servers.  Two Apps Middle tiers and a Database tier.  We're on 12.1.3  and database 12c.
