OGG create datastore; ERROR: Invalid command.

Hi All, I am trying to setup Golden Gate monitoring on OEM. following a document  Oracle doc - E27804-05

I have configured the JAGENT as per the document.

Globals are defined -

ENABLEMONITORING

ADD CHECKPOINTTABLE

PURGEOLDEXTRACTS /ogg/ogghome1/dirdat/em*, MINKEEPDAYS 30

DB version 12C pluggable (12.2)

OGG Version 12.3.0.1.2

OEM Version - 12.1.0.5

2. Start a GGSCI session:

Shell> ./ggsci

3. If this is the first start for Oracle GoldenGate since monitoring has been enabled,

create the database that will persist monitoring data:

GGSCI> CREATE DATASTORE

ERROR: Invalid command.

Tried

GGSCI>Start jagent

ERROR: Invalid command.

This is the current status -

GGSCI (fxp-sc-dbu01) 8> info all
