How to create Org level Modifiers using "QP_MODIFIERS_PUB.PROCESS_MODIFIERS" API in R12.

Hi All,

We are retrofitting the existing 11i code to load modifiers and qualifier in R12, which is using "QP_MODIFIERS_PUB.PROCESS_MODIFIERS" API to Insert records. We made few changes to the code and were able to successfully load the data. But, here the modifiers are getting loaded at Global level and not the Org level. We need it at Org level, Please help in fixing this issue.
