is there a PublicReportService_v12?wsdl for BIP V12

We are migrating from Oracle 11g to Oracle 12c and have APIs for running reports and Delivery Manager.   We are using the PublicReportService_v11?wsdl.  Can we still use this or is there a C12 available and if so, where can we find it?
