Import is not starting in target profile in Migration app in siebel IP17

Hi Team,

I was trying to migrate data between source and target Environments, profiles added successfully . But when i try to start migrating data by creating the  migration plan by selecting the metadata files run time repository, schema, application works pace data services . export was completing successfully, but import was not starting and unable to get any log as well.

can any one please suggest me any help here, your suggestions help me to move further .
